Being a mom sometimes is hard...........

So as a mother many times i think..."It is so hard to be a mom." Everyday you have to work work work just for these kids you have brought into this world. You work so hard to teach them all they need to know to conquer this world. You can chose if you are going to be an "involved" parent or not. I have chose to be "the involved parent". I want my kids to love me and I want them to want to be home and be good members of society. Why then do we have days you just don't want to do anything.........Why is it so hard!!!!???? I love my kids to death I have one who needs deodorant and got a free sample of shampoo with it. So he got up extra early to shower to try this shampoo. How cute is that? I have another who was awake at 6:00 a.m this morning just to read because he is having a race with a friend at school. Who will finish first? How cute is that? The my baby tells me the other day that he wants a baby girl (who doesn't) and wants to name her Brodia! My older boys make fun of me allll the time that I like Twilight and so excited to see the new movie.....but they are just as geeky! They were watching a show on TV about all these different warriors. They think their dad is cool because he is so into baseball and my boys think "I just sit at home all day and fold laundry" So why am I writing this? I think is is just to remind myself that all of it is worth it!!!! I am so dang lucky to have my boys!!!!!!! So ten years from now when they are all gone I can read this and remember!!!!!! Sorry for the rantings of a mad woman!!!!
